Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every print order placed on blackbear.qa, on WhatsApp or in person. By completing an order you agree to them. They also apply to orders placed from company accounts; a Business Plus subscription is covered by its own agreement.
Orders and approval
The preview or mockup you see before printing is the final reference for production. Before approving, check the names, contact numbers, titles, sizes, language, logos and colours.
Once you approve the mockup or pay, you are responsible for errors in the approved content. A production error attributable to Black Bear is on us: we reprint or refund.
The final price is the one shown in your order summary before payment, in Qatari riyals, including delivery fees and any tax where it applies.
Files and print tolerances
You confirm that you own, or are allowed to use, every logo, image, font, text and design you upload. We may refuse or stop any order we reasonably believe infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law or public order.
Your files stay yours. We do not use them beyond producing your order unless you agree or the law requires it, and files from incomplete orders are deleted automatically after a while.
Automatic file checks and design assistance tools do not guarantee an error-free result. Reviewing and giving final approval before printing is your responsibility.
Natural, acceptable technical differences exist between the screen and the printed product: limited variation in colour shades, slight variance in cutting or folding, minor changes between production batches, and colour appearance that differs by material and finish.
Report any defect within 3 days of receiving the order, with clear photos, and keep the product for inspection.
Production times and urgent orders
Each product has its own production time, and the expected ready time is shown before you pay.
Working hours are Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm. Production time counts from the next opening: an order placed outside working hours starts at the next opening, days we are closed (Fridays) are not counted, and a ready time that falls outside working hours moves to the next opening.
Some large products such as signage need more time, which we confirm with you before payment. Times are our commitment under normal conditions and may be affected by file readiness or circumstances beyond our control.
Urgent orders are not booked on the site: express production and same-day delivery cannot be ordered or paid for online. For an urgent order, message us on WhatsApp: we tell you what is possible and confirm the time and any extra fee before we start. A request on WhatsApp is not a guarantee of production until we confirm it with you.
Delivery and pickup
Pickup from our shop in Birkat Al Awamer is free during working hours, and we let you know as soon as your order is ready.
Delivery fees depend on the area and are shown in your order summary before payment. Standard delivery is made by our own driver or by our courier partner, Porter Express; urgent delivery is arranged on WhatsApp only.
Extra fees may apply for locations outside our service areas, timed delivery, multiple drop-off points, large shipments, or redelivery when the recipient is unavailable. We tell you before they apply.
Electronic proof of delivery, the recipient's signature or a pickup code counts as proof of delivery unless shown otherwise. Make sure your address and mobile number are correct when ordering.
Payments and cancellations
Pay by bank card through the secure payment provider SADAD Payment Solutions, by a payment link we send you, or in cash on delivery for eligible orders. Production starts once payment is confirmed, or once the order is confirmed for cash on delivery.
Because every order is made specifically for you, an order can be cancelled free of charge only before printing starts. Once printing has started, no cancellation or refund is possible except for a production error attributable to us.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within the usual bank processing time.
Promo codes are subject to their conditions, such as first order only or a minimum order, and apply to the base price before delivery fees. Only one code can be used per order.
Print SOS fees
Print SOS is an urgent production service that depends on file readiness, product type, material availability, production capacity, working hours and the delivery location.
Sending a print SOS is not a guarantee of production until we explicitly confirm the time and price with you.
A separate rush fee may apply, and we show it to you before the order is approved. By sending the call you agree to this fee once the price is confirmed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. We first try to settle any dispute amicably; where that is not possible, the courts of the State of Qatar have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time of your order applies.
