Bleed is the 3 mm of artwork that extends beyond the trim line on every side, so no white edge shows if the cut shifts slightly. Keep text and logos inside the safe area, 3 mm in from the edge. Each product page shows the final size with bleed, and the free file check tells you if your file is short.

We accept PDF, AI, PNG and JPG up to 25 MB per file. A PDF at 300 dpi in CMYK with fonts outlined gives the best result. After upload we check the page count, size and resolution and show the result before you complete the order.

350 gsm is the most popular choice: thick enough to feel premium and right for most designs. Pick 300 gsm for large runs and handouts, and 400 gsm with a soft-touch finish when you want a card that stands out from the first touch.

Matte reduces glare and gives a calm look that suits dark colours. Gloss makes photos and bright colours pop. Soft touch is a velvet-feel layer that feels premium and resists fingerprints; it adds one working day to production.

A standard order is ready within 24 working hours depending on the product; some items such as signs and boxes take longer, and the product page shows that before you pay. Urgent? No. Each product page lists the quantities you can order with their prices: for example stickers from 10 pieces, business cards and flyers from 50, and roll-ups, mugs and signs from one piece. The unit price drops as the quantity grows.

Pay by card through a secure payment gateway, request a payment link sent to you on WhatsApp, or pay cash on delivery for orders up to QAR 2,000 with pickup or standard delivery. Companies can pay by bank transfer arranged with our team.

Yes. A formal invoice in your name or your company name is issued with every order and emailed to you. Companies with recurring print work get a monthly account with agreed rates and an account manager who follows their jobs; message us on WhatsApp to arrange terms that fit your volume.

Yes. Send the details through the quote form (quantity, size, material and when you need it) and we usually reply the same working day with a free, no-obligation quote: a link with the prices, pickup or delivery, and the production time. Accept it there to place your order, and pay by card, payment link, bank transfer or cash. Companies with regular print work can also ask on WhatsApp for a monthly account.

Choose at checkout: free pickup from our shop in Birkat Al Awamer, or standard delivery anywhere in Qatar the next working day after your order is ready. The delivery fee for your area shows before you pay. Urgent? Message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the handover with you.

Open the "Track your order" page and enter your order number (for example BB-10248) and the mobile number you ordered with. You will see the six stages from received to delivered with the expected ready time, and we message you at every change.

Our shop is at Building 7, Street 3083, Zone 91, Birkat Al Awamer, and pickup there is free. Production runs Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm, closed on Fridays; online orders are accepted 24/7. Of course. Send us your logo or even a written brief on WhatsApp and our design team prepares the artwork and sends you a proof to approve before printing. If you already have a file, we check its size and colours before production.

You can change it while the order is still in "design review": message us on WhatsApp with the order number and send the new file. Once printing has started no changes are possible, so check text and numbers carefully before approving.
